Our programs

Below you can find a list and explanation of the programs and types of programs we offer. We deliver and adapt them to different populations, ranging from the general public to education, children and youth, healthcare and mental health workers and patients, academic settings, and business. They can have either an online or in-person format, and registration can be open to anyone or directed to a particular group or organization. We create and offer programs on the following themes:

We are available for delivering our programs to particular groups, enterprises, and organizations on request, either online or in-person. Courses & Trainings

We offer and deliver varied trainings and courses on the themes described above. Our courses are designed to be deeply experiential and transformative, to teach by your own experience and investigation, involve discussion, and include a lot of practice! (And not just to lecture you or debit a lot of information at you.) We always aim to create a safe and supportive environment of group, trust and engagement, where everybody can participate, share, and learn from each other. The curriculum of our programs may be an official one (such as the full Cultivating Emotional Balance), an adaptation, or a custom one made from theories and practices taken from vaired sources, as well as our own knowledge, wisdom, and experience, adapted and put together under a particular purpose. The format may be with periodic sessions over a lenght of time or an intensive retreat.

Retreats

Retreats provide an opportunity to truly immerse ourselves in the practice and learning, to be there full-time, only for that, and surrounded by others also doing the same, and that is what makes them so valuable and powerful. We offer retreats under the same themes as described above, with the added benefit of taking a period of our lives specifically and exclusively for that purpose, which allows us to deepen our practice and insight, reach more profound and lasting effects, and connect deeper with others and ourselves. It is well studied that a retreat-like experience can produce stronger and more enduring effects than just the daily or weekly bit of practice (which is nonetheless very important and fruitful by itself).

Workshops

Sometimes there is no time or opportunity for longer courses or retreats. That's where workshops prove to be especially useful. Our workshops are moments of shorter but more intense engagement and discussion on a particular theme, skill or quality. They are hands-on and short and sweet, being designed to come right down to the point and to leave you with the most important ideas and understanding of the subject, as well as to provide you with the tools and practices most useful for you to take for your life and make a positive change in it.

Talks & Lectures

Sometimes all you want is to just sit and listen to a good, inspiring, and insightful talk. Filipe, on the other hand, loves to teach and inspire, and has always something interesting, educative, and well-humoured to say, so that's a perfect match! Talks and lectures are mainly done by request, and occasionaly by self initiative; in the future, we will also begin hosting regular webinars for our community.

Individual Sessions

At last, we also offer individual sessions of mentoring and counseling, tailored and personalized to best fit your needs, goals, and background. These session are meant to be a personal and professional guidance for you, your path, and your difficulties, and make use of all the theories and practices that inspire our programs to better be of service to you.

Professional Training

We intend to and are working on the creation of Professional Training programs designed to give professionals the training, tools, knowledge, and wisdom to better understand and help the populations they work with, their problems, challenges, needs, and potential for growth and improvement. The professionals we aim to train range from Teachers and Educators, to Healhcare workers, Mental Health workers, and more.

Online courses and community

We are in the proccess of creating a full online learning platform with hundreds of minutes worth of education, under the format of premade courses and resources and with real-time support, along with a space for the community to engage, discuss, and share.
